In our branch we are interested in different directions of development. Recently buildings for accommodation such as hotels became our new interest. In clearer contours we have a reconstruction of a mountain hotel and in the early stages of preparation a new building of a luxury hotel in the city. We cooperated on the project of building land in the village of Nové Sedlo and subsequently offered them for purchase. Recently we offer to buy production documentation of unrealized company headquarters or directly turnkey delivery.
