Production and administrative hall

It is a two-storey building, originally intended as a company headquarters with a production of dimensions 36 x 72 x 6,2 m. We offer for sale production documentation, including already manufactured steel structure and sheathing. In case of interest and suitability of the building for your company it is possible to complete the project documentation and speed up the design process. As a general contractor, we offer the entire turnkey project for the price of CZK 35 million (including construction, cladding, windows, doors, gates, transport, production documentation and building statics).
