Aparthotel

Our vision is to build a five-star city hotel. The 400 rooms should rise to six floors. The intention is based on a lucrative place of construction. The project is in the phase of study. The hotel is designed with an internal atrium, which, together with the mass of the hotel, rises to a slightly accented corner. The parterre uses the entire floor plan of the hotel for all facilities and services, including parking.
